Section 01
Purpose and Scope
This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) applies to everyone who uses StrucPact, a service of LaunchStruc LLC, 3324 Rue Royale St, Ste 792, St Charles, MO 63301, USA. It forms part of the Terms of Service. Customers are responsible for the conduct of their users and of anyone using their credentials or API access.
Section 02
Prohibited Activities
You may not use StrucPact to:
- violate any law or regulation, or infringe the intellectual property or privacy rights of others;
- upload content you have no right to process, including contracts you are bound by a duty not to disclose to a third-party service;
- upload malware or content intended to disrupt, damage or gain unauthorized access to any system;
- attempt to manipulate model behavior through prompt injection embedded in documents in order to extract another customer's data, system prompts or internal configuration;
- generate or distribute fraudulent, deceptive or forged documents, or alter contracts to mislead a counterparty about the content of the agreement;
- hold out StrucPact output as legal advice from a law firm or licensed attorney;
- submit special category data, government identifiers or payment card numbers that are not needed for review;
- use the service to build a competing product or to benchmark it for public release without our written consent.
Section 03
Reverse Engineering and Model Extraction
You may not decompile, disassemble or reverse engineer the service, or attempt to derive its source code, prompts, schemas, routing logic or playbook handling, except to the extent that law prohibits this restriction. You may not use outputs to train, fine-tune or distill a machine learning model, and you may not systematically query the service to reproduce its behavior in another system.
Section 04
Rate Limits and Fair Use
Usage is limited by the volumes and seats of your subscription tier, and by technical limits that protect the service for all customers. Current default limits are:
- document size up to the 200K-token context capacity of a single review;
- up to 60 API requests per minute per workspace on Growth and 240 on Scale;
- Enterprise limits as stated in the order.
Requests above a limit return an HTTP 429 response with a retry interval. We may throttle accounts whose use threatens service stability, and will contact the account administrator where practicable before taking further action.
Section 05
Automated Abuse Prevention
You may integrate with StrucPact through supported interfaces. You may not use bots, scrapers or scripts that bypass these interfaces, create accounts in bulk, share credentials across organizations, or circumvent usage limits or authentication.
LaunchStruc uses automated monitoring to detect abuse, such as unusual request volume, credential stuffing and repeated policy-violating inputs. Monitoring uses request metadata. Customer content is accessed by LaunchStruc personnel for abuse investigation only where a specific alert or report requires it, and under the confidentiality obligations of the Terms.
Section 06
Security Testing
You may not scan, probe or penetration-test the service without written permission. Good-faith security research that avoids degrading the service, avoids accessing data that is not your own, and reports findings promptly to [email protected] will not be treated as a violation of this AUP.
Section 07
Reporting Violations
To report a suspected violation or abuse, email [email protected] with the account or content concerned and any supporting detail. We review reports in good faith and may act without notice where necessary to protect the service or others.
Section 08
Enforcement
We may investigate violations and take action including warning the account administrator, throttling, suspending access, removing content, terminating the account, and cooperating with law enforcement. Suspension or termination under this AUP does not entitle you to a refund of prepaid fees. We will act proportionately, and will give notice before suspension where the violation is capable of being cured and the risk allows.
Section 09
Changes
We may update this AUP to address new risks or legal requirements. Material changes will be posted here with a revised date and communicated to account administrators. Questions can be sent to [email protected].
