Section 01
Overview
This Cookie & Tracking Policy explains how LaunchStruc LLC, 3324 Rue Royale St, Ste 792, St Charles, MO 63301, USA, uses cookies and similar technologies, such as local storage, on the StrucPact website and application. It supplements our Privacy Policy. A cookie is a small text file stored on your device by your browser.
Section 02
Strictly Necessary Cookies
These cookies are required for the application to function and cannot be switched off in our systems. They are set only when you sign in to StrucPact or perform an action equivalent to a request for a service.
| Purpose | Type | Duration |
|---|---|---|
| Authenticated session identifier | First-party, HTTP-only, secure | Session, up to 12 hours of activity |
| Cross-site request forgery protection token | First-party, HTTP-only, secure | Session |
| Single sign-on state during redirect | First-party, secure | Up to 10 minutes |
Section 03
Preference Storage
The application may store display preferences, such as the playbook you last selected or a filter on a findings list, in your browser's local storage. This information stays on your device, is not sent to LaunchStruc, and can be cleared at any time in your browser settings. The public marketing pages do not require it to function.
Section 04
Analytics and Tracking
The public website does not currently set advertising cookies and does not use third-party tracking pixels. We collect basic server logs, including IP address, requested page and timestamp, to operate and secure the site.
If we introduce analytics cookies, we will list them in this policy, set them only after you opt in where the law requires consent, and configure them to avoid collecting contract content. We do not sell data collected through cookies and do not use it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Section 05
Managing Consent and Browser Controls
Because we set only strictly necessary cookies, no consent is needed to use the site. If non-essential cookies are introduced, you will be able to accept or decline them in a banner, and to change your choice at any time from a link in the site footer.
You can also control cookies through your browser:
- block or delete cookies in your browser's privacy settings, though blocking necessary cookies will prevent sign-in;
- use a global privacy signal, such as Global Privacy Control, which we treat as an opt-out of sale and sharing;
- use private browsing, which discards cookies when the window closes.
Section 06
Changes and Contact
We will update this policy when our use of cookies changes, and revise the date at the top of the page. Questions can be sent to [email protected] or to LaunchStruc LLC, 3324 Rue Royale St, Ste 792, St Charles, MO 63301, USA.
