Refund Policy

No Refunds on Digital Goods
LaunchStruc sells downloadable source code, boilerplates, and digital software architectures. Because these products are intangible and cannot be "returned" once accessed, all purchases are final. By completing checkout, you explicitly acknowledge and agree to this policy.
1. Why All Sales Are Final
Digital source code is fundamentally different from physical products. The moment you access or download a product, you have received the full value of your purchase — the code is in your possession and cannot be "given back."
This policy exists to protect the integrity of our marketplace and the intellectual property of our engineering team. It is consistent with industry-standard practices for digital goods marketplaces (e.g., Gumroad, Lemon Squeezy, CodeCanyon, and similar platforms).
This policy is also explicitly disclosed during the checkout process, on the Stripe payment page, and you must agree to it before your purchase is completed.
2. Proof of Delivery
To maintain the highest standards of marketplace integrity and to comply with payment processor (Stripe) dispute resolution requirements, LaunchStruc maintains immutable, cryptographically-signed download event logs.
Timestamps
Exact date and time each download link was generated and accessed.
IP Addresses
The network address used to download the asset, tied to your authenticated session.
Account Identity
Download events are linked to the verified email address and user ID associated with the purchase.
These logs are retained for a minimum of 7 years and are submitted to Stripe as evidence in any chargeback or payment dispute. They have a strong track record of resolving disputes in our favor.
3. Exceptions — When We Do Refund
We stand by the quality of every product we sell. In the following rare and clearly defined circumstances, a refund may be issued at our sole discretion:
Non-Delivery (Technical Failure)
If a confirmed technical failure on our end prevents you from accessing or downloading the purchased product, and our support team cannot resolve the issue within 72 hours of your verified support ticket, a full refund will be issued.
Material Defect (Broken Product)
If the delivered source code is fundamentally broken — meaning it fails to run or compile even following the provided documentation with no modifications — and our engineering team cannot resolve the issue within 14 days of a documented bug report, a refund will be considered.
4. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card issuer without first contacting our support team to resolve the issue in good faith, the following actions will be taken automatically:
Immediate permanent suspension of your LaunchStruc account.
Revocation of all active download links and access to purchased products.
Submission of full dispute evidence to Stripe including: IP addresses, download logs, account creation timestamp, user-agent, billing data, and purchase metadata.
If the chargeback is found fraudulent by Stripe, we may pursue recovery through applicable debt collection and legal channels.
We have a strong track record of winning payment disputes due to our comprehensive evidence collection infrastructure. Always contact us first — we are a real team who genuinely want to help resolve legitimate issues.
5. Contact Us Before You Buy
Have questions about a specific product? Unsure if it matches your tech stack? Reach out before purchasing — our team will give you an honest assessment.
