Refund Policy

1. General Digital Goods Policy

Due to the nature of high-ticket digital assets, source code, and downloadable software, all sales on LaunchStruc are final. Unlike physical goods, digital source code cannot be genuinely "returned" once it has been downloaded or accessed.

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to waive any right to a refund once the digital product has been accessed or downloaded.

2. Proof of Delivery

To prevent fraud and maintain the integrity of our marketplace, we maintain strict, immutable logs of all download events. This includes timestamps and IP addresses tied to your authenticated account. These logs serve as definitive proof of delivery for both our platform and our payment processors (Stripe/Paddle).

3. Exceptions & Defective Products

We stand by the quality of the boilerplates and assets sold on our platform. Refunds may only be granted in the following rare circumstances:

  • Non-Delivery: If a technical error prevents you from downloading or accessing the asset, and our support team cannot resolve the issue within 72 hours.
  • Material Defects: If the source code or asset is completely defective, fundamentally broken, or materially different from its description, and our technical support team cannot resolve the issue within 14 days of your purchase.

To request support for a defective product, you must contact us at support@launchstrac.com with detailed error logs and steps to reproduce the issue.

4. Chargebacks and Disputes

We take fraudulent chargebacks very seriously. If you initiate a chargeback or dispute with your bank or credit card company without first contacting our support team to resolve the issue, your LaunchStruc account will be immediately and permanently suspended, and you will lose access to all previously purchased digital assets and future updates.
