Terms of Service

By accessing and using LaunchStruc ("the Platform", "we", "us", or "our"), you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, have read these Terms, and agree to be legally bound by them.

If you are purchasing on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

All products sold on LaunchStruc — including boilerplates, templates, source code, and UI kits — are licensed digital goods, not sold outright. Each purchase grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual license for the specific product purchased.

You must create an account to purchase and access digital products. LaunchStruc uses Neon Auth for secure authentication, supporting email/password, Google OAuth, and GitHub OAuth sign-in methods.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You must immediately notify us at support@launchstruc.com of any unauthorized account access.
• You may not share your account or purchased download links with any third party.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

All transactions on LaunchStruc are one-time payments. Payments are processed by one of two gateways depending on your selection at checkout:

• Stripe — our primary card payment processor (Visa, Mastercard, Amex). We remain the seller of record for Stripe-processed transactions.
• Paddle — alternative payment provider (PayPal and local methods). When you pay via Paddle, Paddle.com acts as the Merchant of Record (MoR). Paddle is the seller of record, responsible for collecting and remitting applicable taxes (VAT/GST). Paddle's own Terms of Service and Privacy Policy govern the payment portion of your transaction.
• We do not store your full card number, CVV, or bank account details on our servers.
• Prices are subject to change. Any price change does not affect orders already completed.
• 3D Secure (3DS/SCA) authentication may be required by your bank for Stripe card transactions.

The LaunchStruc platform — including its design, codebase, branding, documentation, and all original product content — is the exclusive intellectual property of LaunchStruc LLC and is protected under United States and international copyright, trademark, and trade secret laws.

The digital products sold on the platform are the IP of LaunchStruc LLC and are licensed (not sold) to you under the terms described in Section 2. Open-source libraries bundled within products remain under their respective licenses (MIT, Apache 2.0, etc.) as documented in each product's README.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, LaunchStruc LLC, its officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform or any purchased product, including but not limited to:

• Loss of revenue, profits, data, or business opportunities.
• Downtime or unavailability of your deployed product.
• Security vulnerabilities introduced by third-party dependencies bundled in products.
• Any data loss resulting from your modifications to the source code.

Our total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim in the 12 months preceding the claim.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Missouri, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.

Any disputes arising under these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in St. Charles County, Missouri, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA).
