Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using LaunchStruc ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services or purchase digital assets from our marketplace.

2. Digital Asset Licenses

All digital products, source code, and assets sold on LaunchStruc are provided under specific license agreements. Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the assets. Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the product description:

• You may use the assets in personal or commercial projects.
• You may modify the source code for your own products.
• You may NOT resell, redistribute, or sublicense the original assets or modified source code as a standalone product or template.

3. User Accounts & Authentication

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. We utilize secure OAuth (Google, GitHub) and Magic Link authentication. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized uses of your account or any other breaches of security.

4. Payments and Subscriptions

Payments are processed securely via our Merchant of Record partners (Stripe or Paddle). By providing a payment method, you authorize us or our third-party payment processors to charge the applicable fees. All prices are subject to change without notice.

5. Intellectual Property

The Platform and its original content, features, and functionality (excluding user-generated content and third-party vendor assets) are owned by LaunchStruc LLC and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall LaunchStruc LLC, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
